2. Your recipe must be easy and quick & vegetarian

3. Please list ingredients AND essential tools (like one pan, one knife, one plate, one spoon, spatula, etc)

4. You must be willing sign a release giving permission to use the recipe in the online website and the name you
wish it to appear under.
